Game Freezes after you sleep

In the newest snapshot, I've experienced a bug that freezes everything except the player. 

After you wake up, everything is frozen, except for the player. 

When in this 'state', you cannot open containers nor throw potions, and if the potion effect that you currently have runs out, the effect's timer just freezes at 00:00.
