No hitbox for the leaf of big dripleaf when tilt=full

The Bug:

No hitbox for the leaf of big dripleaf when tilt=full.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Run the following command:

/setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:big_dripleaf[tilt=full]

→  Notice how the leaf part of the plant has no hitbox.
