My skin does not show up in game even if it shows up in the "skin" tab

My skin does not show up, i purchased Minecraft recently and it doesn't show up even if i load it properly on my account. Even in the Minecraft.net website where it says that my skin has been changed.

I tried everything i do not know what to do.

Ieven logged off several times, changed it to another one, everything that i could think of and nothing has changed..
