Hoglins only drop at most one piece of leather upon death

All animals that drop leather drop 0–2 leather upon death (excluding Looting). However this is not the case for hoglins, which only drop at most one piece of leather upon death (excluding Looting). This might be intentional, but it might just as well be an oversight.
