Realms

I just bought mc recently because I wanted to play with my friends on our realm or servers. Every time I try to join my friend's realm, I'm stuck on the "connecting" screen for hours, so I give up and try later-- yet it still happens. Whenever I try to connect to a server, it says error can't connect.

This game was $35 and it's not even worth the price I paid cause I can only play on single player for the time being. I'm starting to push for a refund cause this is ridiculous. FIX UR GAME.
