Dispensers make a sound when placing water and lava, but not when removing it

When a dispenser dispenses a water bucket, making it place a water block in front of it, it plays the minecraft:item.bucket.empty sound. But when the dispenser dispenses a bucket to pick it back up, it doesent make any sound. What would make sense is that the minecraft:item.bucket.fill sound played, but it doesent.

Same thing happens with lava, the minecraft:item.bucket.empty_lava plays when lava is dispensed, but the sound minecraft:item.bucket.fill_lava isn't played when the lava is picked up by a dispenser.

I don't know if this should be considered a bug, but it would be nice to have it fixed...
