Sculk sensors are not activated upon blocks falling through cobwebs

The Bug:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon blocks falling through cobwebs.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Place any gravity block above some cobwebs.
  →  Notice how the sculk sensor does not activate upon the blocks falling through the cobweb.
