Server Performance

This is about server performance, its a whole bug in 1.13+. This is why 2b2t has not upgraded. You just have to add multithreading. Once you do that servers that are stuck one 1.12.2 will upgrade because it will run well, so please add this so we can have better server performance so I can join 2b2t finally and to have every 1.12.2 server upgrade. Also it has to be on the newest version to work so ignore that, this is for 1.13+.
