I can't craft notch apples

(Actually is versión 1.16.4, but issue page didn't let me select that version)

I tried to craft a notch apple with all the gold that I got from the nether.

First I saw that I didn't learn the recipe in the recipe book.

I thought it was a bug, so I restarted minecraft, but I kept happening.

I can't even craft the in creative. I can only get them in creative or with /give @a enchanted_golden_apple.
