Zombie that spawned naturally without AI

When the night come, I notice there is 1 baby zombie who doesn't come to attack iron golem. I approach it and it doesn't have AI. It is naturally spawned, I don't summon it with command. In peaceful difficulty it doesn't despawn either. It despawn when I re-logged my world
