Invisible Spider bug still exists

I was in my Hardcore World and I was cave mining and I came across a Spider without any physical body except the red eyes. The bug was previously recorded in 1.15.2 and deemed resolved but it appears it still affects 16.5. I am still able to damage it, as well it damaging myself but its interesting to come across this.
