Forward Key Gets Stuck

Greetings, I am currently using a free Realm Trial and the forward W key seems to get ''stuck''. I did not notice any patterns, it happens 1 times out of 4 and often, multiple times in a row. I can have pressed the W key 3 times and not move forward whilst A and D make me go both ways.

 

Sorry for opening a ticket, the answers on internet are old and confusing.
