bug with the trident

I report this bug in 1.16.5, if you throw a trident at some leaves with a slab on it (in my case of polished stone) the trident will disappear after 3 seconds and it will no longer be possible to recover it, the problem occurred in a multiplayer server and the trident had channeling, restoration and indestructibility,
