Client will not load Texturepack due to size

The Client will not load the Server-recommended Texturepack because of its size

What I expected to happen was...:
The Texturepack would be installed automagically

What actually happened was...:
nothin'...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to use a Server-Recommended Texturepack, which is bigger than 10000000 Bytes
