I try opening Minecraft and it doesn't open

I try and log into Minecraft java edition and it brings up this old menu to log in so I put in the email and password I put in the first time downloaded the game and it always says it the wrong details. so I tried uninstalling everything and when I installed it again everything download really fast and it still didn't work
