taked off from boat when using pistons to go up

If i'm using a boat on blocks that have pistons under them, if i active pistons the raising of the blocks takes my character off the boat

 

TO REPRODUCE:
set 2 sticky piston with cobblestone on them, use a lever to active all of them while on with the boat
