MC-213276i can climb about over fences or other 1.5 meter high blocks only with a elytra its goes in the version 1.16.5 but i think it goes since the elytra is in the game
If you spam the jump, w, and your sprint button if you wear an elytra you can glitch over fences or any other 1.5 meter high blocks.
