Parity issue: Copper blocks cannot be waxed by either using honeycomb items on them or using dispensers with honeycombs.

According to the latest Beta 1.16.210.57 for Bedrock Edition of the game, you can stop an oxidation process for copper blocks with honeycomb by using dispensers or by clicking on blocks with the honeycomb itself. However, both of these techniques are not possible to do in Java Edition of the game.
