Waxed Copper Block cannot be crafted back into ingots

The Bug
On Bedrock Edition, you can craft back waxed copper block into copper ingots. This is not in parity with Java Edition, since you cannot craft it back into ingots.

How to Reproduce
1. Craft Waxed Copper Block back into ingots
--> Doesn't craft into copper ingots.
