Minecraft Launcher does not launch

I have a paid version of Minecraft: Java Edition. After installing Minecraft Launcher in my PC (Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400T CPU @ 1.80GHz 1.80 GHz / 8GB RAM/ 64-bit / Windows 10 Pro, version 20H2 (19042.746)) the Minecraft Launcher does not Launch. I see it twice in the list of processes in the task manager, but the window does not open at all. I cannot start playing Minecraft: Java Edition on my PC. I have tried to reinstall Minecraft Launcher several times.

What I expected to happen was...:
The Minecraft Launcher should start and open the Minecraft window on my PC.

What actually happened was...:
Nothing happends. No window opens, the Minecraft Launcher does not start / launch. I see it only as a process running in the windows task manager.

Steps to Reproduce:
It looks like it is an issue computer / system specific in the case of my PC.
