my minecraft doesn't launch anymore

so a few months ago, i reinstalled my pc after accidentally uninstalling some important computer files. when i reinstalled my pc i downloaded thr minecraft launcher. multiple times, no matter what i did, there was always an error saying "error: 0, we're sorry for the inconvenience". literally every time. and just in case it has anything to do with this, my windows also deactivated after i reinstalled my pc for some reason. please help any way you can if you want to, minecraft is my escapism and i've been deprived of it for more than a month now. thank you
