Clicking Ctrl + mouse wheel on a glowing sign does not copy the glowing effect

If you Ctrl + mouse wheel click a sign that has glowing text it gaves you a sign with +NBT, then if you place it it will copy it all exept for the glowing effect.

How to reproduce:

• Create a sign and put some text in it

• Dye the text

• Right click the sign with glowing ink sack

• Point the sign and use Ctrl + mouse wheel combination

• Place down the sign +NBT that is given to you

 

What should happen:

• The sign should be exactly the same exept for the rotation and anging or not on the wall

 

What appens:

• The sign has the exact text and color but does not glow
