Mouse sensitivity bug

everytime i play Minecraft, the sensitivity i kinda weird because it changes frome normal to 150 or 20 (sensitivity). I´ve tryed some other versions or other launcher like Badlion client but there is the same problem.
versions: from 1.8.9 to 1.16.5
