Glow Squid (& Squids) move and rotate when summoned with the NoAI tag

When a glow squid is summoned with NoAI, it will still rotate. If summoned with this out of water, it will start to lunge forwards. If summoned with this in water, it will start to rotate and even move. The same applies to squids.
