Health does not actually update when holding an item with the max health attribute.
The Scenario: I switch to an item with a max health modifier of -19.
Expected behavior: My health updates to half a heart, both visually and physically.
Actual behavior: My health bar visually went down to a full heart, but the actual value stayed at 20 until I took damage. Taking damage in this state will finally set it to half a heart, both visually and physically.
This effectively breaks an item I wanted to create, which makes it so you get one-shot by every attack, but can one-shot anything else. Having it show up as a full heart until you've already gotten hurt lowers the tension of the situation.
