Squids and glow squids stop moving if player is a little far from them

From a certain distance of blocks, squids become frozen in the same place, until the player approaches, releasing them.

To reproduce

1. Be near a squid and a glow squid
2. Switch into Spectator mode
3. Wait for a bit
   → The squids stop moving
4. Switch back into Creative
   → The squids start moving again
5. Go further away from the squids
   → The squids stop moving at some point, as opposed to other animals
