You can't gain speed using Ctrl if you are flying and have Speed 4.

I was playing on an Aternos Server. Then I found this bug, then went to singleplayer, and was able to reproduce it. It is weird that at higher levels of Speed, you can do it. I reproduced it in singleplayer.
