Cannot Purchase Java Edition

I have no idea what versions this affects.  I went to try to purchase Minecraft Java Edition, and was directed to a "missing page" screen.  I have tried this on both Mozilla Firefox and on Google Chrome.  Since at the moment the Java and Windows 10 versions cannot play together, I tried to purchase the java version as my friend plays that one.
