Special vision of mobs doesnt work properly when in dark

Mobs with special vision like creeper, enderman or spider have black screen.When you applay potion effect to  [player] players icon for potion effect will be white.I'm so sorry if this issue is on work.It works with every potion.When  i click f1 it fixes.I think that gui is buged for vision of that mobs.This is my video of that bug: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZrumiijxS4&feature=youtu.be.

STEPS to reproduce

1.Create world

2.Find dark place(light lvl 0)

3. Spawn mobs

4.Go into creeper spider or enderman(you can apply potion eff to you)
