The Minecraft Java Edition Purchase Website Is Not Working

When I put all of my debit card information in the website to purchase minecraft java edition it says that there was an error and that I need to verify the debit card information again. Then after I reload the page I see a creeper and below it it says sorry this page is not available please try again later.
