Minecraft Launcher will not open UI since January 19th on all my computers.

1) Attempt to Launch the Minecraft Launcher

 

Expected Result:
Minecraft Launcher will open and I can choose which game of Minecraft to play.

 

Actual Result:
Minecraft opens in the task manager but the UI never opens and I can't play. This was fine on January 18th, 2021 but as of January 19th, 2021 both my computers have the same issue. I did not install anything new or do anything special. Both my PCs are having the same identical issue. I have tried online solutions for similar issues that people have had in the past but it has not resolved the issue.
