Blocky design and glitchy interface.

I was playing Minecraft perfectly yesterday and I turned off my computer and went to sleep. When I woke up Minecraft looked like this and I can't fix it. I use Lunar Client to play but this was happening so I was so confused. I don't have texture packs on, no secret settings and this looks the same from the default Minecraft Launcher too. Both have these really really block-life features. I used Minecraft in 1.16 and it worked fine, but 1.8.9 is not working and I'm really sad. I uninstalled and reinstalled Lunar Client, moved my computer back using a restore point and restarted plenty of times but nothing worked. I'm really hoping someone can fix this.
