My minecraft launcher won´t open and i already tried everything

Hello there.

 

So as said in the title, my minecraft launcher won´t open.

And I did already try everything other people reported to do on other peoples report with the same issue. But it just doesn´t work for me.

I´m on windows 10 and it worked yesterday.
