The Bug:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon cleaning items in water cauldrons.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Place down a cauldron and fill it with a water bucket.
• Place down a sculk sensor nearby.
• Give yourself a dyed shulker box, a piece of dyed leather armor, and a banner that has a pattern on it.

• /give @s minecraft:green_shulker_box
  /give @s minecraft:leather_chestplate{display:{color:123456}}
  /give @s minecraft:green_banner{BlockEntityTag:{Patterns:[{Pattern:"mr",Color:5}]}}

• Clean all of the items using the water cauldron.
• Take note as to whether or not sculk sensors are activated upon cleaning items in water cauldrons.

Observed Behavior:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon cleaning items in water cauldrons.

Expected Behavior:

Sculk sensors would be activated upon cleaning items in water cauldrons.
