Bringing me to old launcher

Hi, I need help with my launcher because, it brought me back to the old launcher. At first my launcher wasn't opening, so I tried reinstalling it. After I reinstalled it, it was still the same, then I tried troubleshooting and it brought me back to the old launcher. Now I am stuck on the old one.
Can someone please help me with this? Please and thank you.
