When I create a world, it freezes sometimes.

The load screen freezes on my Pentium Silver laptop 20 percent of the time. I think it has to do with my laptop. I upgraded to Pentium Gold and it works good and I even got up too 600 or 700 fps using Optifine. It freezes on my old laptop.
