Account not sending email for password recovery.

I have tried many times to aquire a recovery link for my account, and the system has not sent me a link since the 12th of January. I have tried reaching out to mojang, with little response. This is my attempt at bringing this to the attention of someone who may be able to assist me. I've been trying to get this resolved for about a week now. Any help would be appreciated!
