Drowned now makes underwater gurgle sounds on land

Drowned now makes the underwater gurgle sound on land. Maybe this happened before but I only noticed now.

1. Get a Drowned. Make sure it's on land.
2. Wait a short moment, and it will make a gurgle noise.
