Not Recieving Emails from Mojang Site

I cannot find the customer service to get help so I am putting this here.

I am not able to log into my account on the Minecraft website because i can't remember my security question answers. I have tried to reset them by email but i have yet to receive that email and it has been hours. 

If i could either be directed to someone that could help me or helped in general that would be appreciated.
