Loading and Black Screen Issue

Whenever I try and join Hypixel the screen turns black instead of loading in properly. WHen i try and start a game the screen turns black and if it doesn't disconnect me within 30 seconds I go into a matching way later. This also affects my frames. I can't play the game properly like this. I've tried several launchers and different methods and concluded it is not my internet speed/quality or texture pack. I have also tried the vanilla version of Minecraft in the latest version and the same issue happens except with a loading screen instead of the black one. I used no mods in the test and the same issue perceives.
