Boat sometimes "soaks" in the end portal frame with eye of ender

The Bug

When i put the boat on the end portal frame with eye of ender the boat sometimes soaks in the end portal.

 

How to reproduce

1. Place the end portal frame or find it in the world
2. Put the eye of ender in the end portal frame
3. Place the boat on top of the end portal frame (its working for my only when you put the boat on the side of the eye of ender)
