End portal frame doesnt drop eye of ender when broken

The Bug
When i break end portal frame with the ender eye it doesnt drop the ender eye in which was in the end portal frame.

 

How to reproduce

1. Go into the creative mode
2. Place end portal frame (or use setblock/fill command)
3. Put eye of ender into the end portal frame
4. Breake the portal frame
