I am logged out

I randomly log out and cannot log in until a few days. This randomly happens for example I play on Tuesday Monday logged out cannot log in. Sometimes I log out but can log back in and sometimes worlds are randomly lost. I have lost about 3 worlds like that. Its really annoying .When it happens I also cannot log in on the website
