I can´t play premiun servers

yesterday I bought a card for minecraft premium in an oxxo I redeemed it all well until I wanted to get to a premium server it was hypixel and it did not leave me and it said Error when logging in: authentication is currently disabled for maintenance I created the premium account with me microsoft accounts something they can do
