Connecting Error Message

Hello, So I have been trying to connect to a minecraft server that my friend is hosting and out of everyone that has joined I am the only person that is unable to join due to the error message

I have tried multiple things that are in my power but nothing is seeming to work and I was wondering who could help me fix it
