When i go into fullscreen i can't see my cursor/mouse

1.When i start Minecraft in the launcher it starts until the red Mojang loading screen when it says (not responding) then i have to go into task manager and close the launcher then it works.

2.In the starting screen if i go to options and i click fullscreen: On my mouse/cursor disappears and the same thing happens if i click F11.

BUT IN A VIDEO IT APPEARS, I'M LOSSING MY MIND !!!!!
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!
