Playsound bugs

I got two problems, one is if the coordinates that I used in the command are too far for the players hear, the coordinates goes to the player coordinates[I used a big custom sound that I wanted to play for a long range] and if I use the minimum volume as 0.1 or higher it should not stop when the players go far away but it stops...
