Creative inventory tabs visually glitch

When I randomly opened inventory in creative mode after logging out a survival world, the tabs looked glitchy. I even tried to reload the world or switching to survival and back to creative. Inventory was still glitchy. then I reloaded all the textures and the glitch was gone, but the potions list background was invisible.
