Fail chunk loading.

Whenever i lag in 1.16, it kicks me obviously for several times, when i go back to the server/realm. I basically can't see anything, only players, paintings, armor stands, and mobs and more. but whenever i break a block next to me, it loads the only chunk next to me, also trying to F3+A, doesnt work. i tried my best to fix itn but it didn't work. so fixing this would really help me out a ton. thank you!
