it switched accounts when i bought minecraft and i cant find out how to get a refund

I was buying Minecraft and it told me to get a new account. I did not find anything wrong with this so I bought the game and went to play but it said demo instead. now, of course, I was wondering "where is the game?!" so I went searching and it had taken the money so immediately I went to get a refund if I can either get back into TheBrokeGwen account or the JustGwen account to find the game if I cant do those options I need a refund as I worked so hard to get that money. I hope you'll read this and help sort my problem, thank you  (reminder I'm very upset and I don't know what affect versions are))
